Design and Construction of Air/Odor Treatment and Wastewater Treatment
The company offers consulting services on air treatment and elimination of odors and industrial wastewater treatment. We have a team of engineers with more than 10 years of expertise and experience and can provide the engineering services in the form of Turn-Key Project, namely the design, construction, installation and commissioning of the system.
Air pollutants such as Benzene Toluene Xylene (BTX), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Ammonia Gas (NH3), Styrene, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), etc. Such treating equipment usually use two main types, namely, adsorbing towers and wet scrubbers. The details of the equipment, the company will calculate the engineering drawings and cents certified by environmental or chemical engineers with a valid license to facilitate customers to apply for permission from the provincial industry or relevant government agencies.
Water pollution treatment, the Company will focus on chemically contaminated wastewater, which cannot be treated by aeration and/or general microorganisms like household wastewater because the chemicals destroy microorganisms. For example, water pollutants such as phenol, cumene, amine, aromatics, etc., which are mostly wastewater sources from processes in the petroleum and petrochemical industries. Such chemical treatment usually uses activated carbon vessel. The detail of design, for instance, tank size, quantity and type of activated carbon used will differ according to the chemical to be treated, the concentration and the conditions of use.
